About our client

Our Client, a major international company, is a leader in providing heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVACR) systems, components, controls and services for residential, commercial, industrial and transportation applications and food service equipment. To maximize its growth potential, they are currently looking for an experienced manager to lead the Sales team. The main duties of this role include: 

Job description

- Leading and managing the regional sales team towards development
and realization of the sales targets
  • Creating and managing sales opportunities within both Commercial
    and Industrial sectors
  • Driving KPI's and margin growth
  • Initiating and managing relationships with customers, discussing customer
    requirements and advising them on the capabilities of its products
  • Ensuring smooth communication and customer satisfaction between
    the company and their target customers
  • Developing new business opportunities by identifying prospects within
    the target markets
  • Applying both tactical and strategic models to ensure consistency both
    for short term and long term results 

  • Who we are looking for

    - Proven experience in business development management and sales
    within the HVACR industry
  • Strong experience in sales team management, delivering results and
    exceeding targets within a technology focused organisation
  • Ambitious self motivated person with enthusiasm and the drive to
    succeed in a challenging environment
  • Ability to develop strong relationships at a senior level
  • Good knowledge of BMS systems (Building Management Systems)
  • Self starter
  • Can-do attitude
  • Fluent English
